The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information and documents required for the relevant service.

• Incorrect information supplied by the client may affect the service outcome.
• Delayed documents may affect statutory filing timelines.
• Clients remain responsible for reviewing information provided for approval.
• Government fees and statutory charges may be payable separately.

7. Business Consultancy

KAMITREX provides business consulting and advisory services based on the information, objectives and circumstances communicated by the client.

Consultancy recommendations are intended to support informed business decisions. Final business, financial, investment and operational decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
